Constant temperature and humidity machine (constant temperature and humidity test box | programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine | alternating high and low temperature test box) is to provide constant humidity, high temperature and other complex test environment and test conditions for electronic components, industrial materials and finished products in R & D, production and inspection of all aspects of the test, suitable for electronic appliances, telecommunications, chemical, metal, rubber, toys and other industries. Constant temperature and humidity system works by three interrelated systems: the refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system, electrical control system. In refrigerant cycle system, the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the air (air cooled and dehumidified) and begins to evaporate and form a final temperature difference between refrigerant and air. Liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into low temperature and low pressure gas, after the compressor suction and compression (pressure and temperature increase), gaseous refrigerant   absorbs heat through the condenser (air / water), and condenses into liquid. After the expansion valve (or capillary) throttling, it becomes low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and goes into the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process. The temperature range of constant humidity and constant humidity machine: -30 C ~ 85 C, humidity range: 30% ~ 98% RH.
